Follow one site through the system.
Design
Electrical & civil engineering. Electrical and civil are engineered together — one drawing set, one tolerance chain, from earthworks to the charger handshake.
Civil Foundation
Earthworks & trenching. Precision pads, kerbs and trench lines set the geometry every later trade depends on. Our own civil crews cut, level and pour.
Electrical Installation
HT/LT works. HT/LT cabling routed, ducted and dressed by in-house electrical teams — no third-party wiring contractor in the chain.
Transformer & RMU
Grid integration. Transformers sited, plinthed and energised; RMUs commissioned against DISCOM requirements for a compliant, stable connection.
Charger Installation
Hardware-agnostic deployment. Any OEM's hardware, AC or DC, mounted and integrated to specification on a common electrical backbone.
Testing
Safety & diagnostics. Thermal, insulation and exact earth-resistance testing before a single vehicle plugs in. Zero-fault grid integration is the pass mark.
Commissioning
Handover. Sites are handed over live: chargers on the network, documentation complete, snag list at zero.
AMC
Preventive maintenance & O&M. 24/7 lifecycle management with rapid-response outstation maintenance and routine physical audits to keep uptime at maximum.

Founded on civil construction
NAKJM begins as a construction firm — buildings, floorplates and groundwork — and installs its first EV charger as electric mobility takes its first steps in India.

Livanto Green, then the OEM entry
Livanto Green joins the roster, and direct OEM programmes begin: VinFast delivery hubs and dealer infrastructure, alongside Tesla Supercharger site works in Gurgaon.
